British American Tobacco (BAT) Vietnam is honored as one of the Top 10 sustainable businesses in Vietnam for the first time at the CSI 100 Awards 2024. Furthermore, the company was placed in Top 5 Pioneering Companies in Adopting and Implementing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Values. BAT Vietnam also officially issues the Vietnam Sustainability Report 2023, continuing to affirm its pioneering position in the industry in implementing Environment, Society and Governance (ESG).

BAT Vietnam to continue implementing its 3rd year afforestation project in collaboration with Gaia

On September 25th and 26th, British American Tobacco (BAT) Vietnam and Gaia Nature Conservation jointly organized the program of delineating and promoting the natural regeneration of 40 hectares of mudflats in the core area of Ca Mau Cape National Park. With this progress, BAT Vietnam and Gaia have completed the afforestation project in the period of 2022 - 2024 with the target of covering 4 hectares in Dong Nai Culture and Nature Reserve, and converting 120 hectares of mudflats into forests in Ca Mau Cape National Park.
