BAT Vietnam recently celebrated International Women's Day aligned to the 2023 International Women’s Day theme, "#EmbraceEquity", across all sites with many exciting activities.
BAT Vietnam encourages its employees to embrace equity at the workplace by acknowledging and respecting the diverse needs and viewpoints of each and every team member. The company also encourages employees to challenge all stereotypes and biases in the workplace and encourages employees to bring out the best version of themselves.

The celebrations included appreciating all our female employees with best wishes along with exciting gifts, and a session was also conducted to appreciate the differences of our employees and help them have a comprehensive view of Equality and Equity and their importance in the workplace.
