Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month, fast-track development journey to a management position for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals, with the aim of raising future leaders of BAT in different functions. Let’s dive into real-world challenges, handling impactful projects and exceptional assignments from day one. You will develop outstanding commercial skills - a full understanding of the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT departments work together to achieve outstanding business results.

Are you the Global Graduates?

•  Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master Degree from all backgrounds) or graduates with maximum 2 year of professional work experience (excluding internship)
•  Be able to work full-time from November 2024
•  Demonstrate great Leadership Potential
•  Show great alignment with our Core Values
•  Globally Mobile
•  Proficient in English
•  Vietnam Nationality
